If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, you may return the unused product within
7 days of receipt (as indicated by UPS) for an exchange, or a
store credit less 25% of the purchase price for a future purchase . Returns will not be accepted after the 7
day limit. Items must be in new condition with tags and
packaging in place. Used items, or item without original packaging or tags
removed will not be accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged
you must contact us immediately. Bits are not returnable if they
are placed in the horse’s mouth! Please use care when picking the size/type
of bit. Please place a bed sheet on your horse when you try on blankets and
sheets. Blankets must be returned free of horse hair and dirt for store
credit to be issued.We accept only new/unused items. All tags and
packaging must be in place.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
A 35% restocking fee will be
charged on all dress and field boots.
We do not credit shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your
purchase, the amount of shipping we paid will be deducted from the credit
issued to you for your return.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RA#).
Call 410-643-9404 for an RA# within 7 days of receipt of product. Once
return authorization is given, product must be received by us within 7 days
of issue of RA#, otherwise credit will not be issued.
Store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds.
Saddle Return Policy: All saddles may be tried for 3 days
(with the exception of clearance saddle).
Saddles may be girthed up and ridden in. You must protect the stirrup
leathers with a protective wrap to avoid marking the flaps of the saddle.
At the end of 3 days you must notify us if you need to return it. You
will receive a RA# which must be noted on the box. The saddle must be
received by us no later than 7 business days from the date of the RA# or no
credit will be given. If the saddle is received in new condition with
no marks/scratches a store credit in the amount of the purchase price less
the amount we paid for shipping will be issued. If the saddle is
received with ANY marks/scratches on it an in store credit will be issued
for the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee, and less the amount we
paid in shipping. The credit may be used in store for future purchases.
